The party begin
The meeting is bigining on Saturday at 4 pm. At this time the signpost will be installed. For those who now the way to the chalet, they can drive there earlier, e. g. to bath in the lake. The signpost will stay in place until Sunday. So you can arrive at anytime on Saturday evening.
Party dresscode
The following outfits are desired on the meeting. Blue collar, overall, military dress, protection closes into pvc or rubber. Raingear, fishermengear e.t.c. All closes related to a profession like gardening, forestry, agriculture e.t.c. Of course all have to be in combination with rubber boots. The absolute minimum ist to wear rubber boots. The organizer of the meeting reserves its right to refuse everybody who dont follow the dresscode.
Eating & drinking
Everybody brings his own aliments for the barbecue also the beverage to the meeting. What you bring to much, please take it back when you leave the party. Also the empty bottle. Tank you.
The barbecue will begin between 6 and 7 pm. For those they arrives later, the barbecue will be left on fire, so you can roast something at anytime.
Sleeping in the chalet
Is it possible to sleep at the chalet for the night. The sleeping room is under the chalet roof, there is no isolation at all. The night can be fresh. Its recommended to bring a good sleepingbag with you. Also to have a pocket torch is very useful around the chalet at night. The light in the chalet is provided by a solar accu. I just ask you to be careful with the use of it. This way the battery will going a long way.
Cost sharing
To pay the rental charges of chalet i ask you for a little contribution. For Saturday night the cost are 20.- Frs or Euros. If you stay at night for sleeping it will be 5.- Frs or Euros more. A simple breakfast is included in this price.
Unfortunately more often some people forget to pay in the few last meetings. This is why i will collect the fee at your arrival. I beg you for comprehension.
Bathing in the lake
At last i will take your attention, that you can go bathing in the near lake. You have to be a good swimmer because at this point of the lake the shoreline is going rapidly deep. ( bathing is at your own risk )
In narrow of the chalet is the “Sentier des Légendes” the path of legends. Its a path in the forest where you can discover the legends of the land of Gruyère. The main figure is the “Rababou”. You will see a figure of him on the way to the chalet.
